Are Sales Final ?

Yes 💕 Due to the hygienic nature of our press-on nails, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your nail size, style, and shipping information before placing your order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Please note: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith photos so we can help! 💅🏼✨

Local Pop Up

Local shopping in person is an option for any girls that would like to see nails in person. Please contact me to set up a date and time. 💕

How do I know what size to order?

Please check out my size guide which is located in my highlighted stories on Instagram.

Do you offer custom orders?

Not at the moment. I create and post what's available. Sometimes sets will be available in all sizes or just one.

When will I get my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! 💕 If you're local to Ventura County I offer local pick up or can deliver for a fee! Message me before purchasing for more details.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. Hopefully sometime in the future.

Will charms fall off?

Although they are glued on some will tend to fall off. With wear, hand washes, and everyday tasks the glitter gems may pop off. Bigger charms tend to stay on longer and usually don't pop off.

Order says delivered but nothing arrived?

Once order ships with USPS it is the carriers responsibility once its in their hands. If your package says delivered and hasn't arrived wait a day and then contact USPS. Your packages are insured with USPS. If you need proof of purchase or pictures for your claim please reach out to us and we will get you those asap for your claim.
