Although they are glued on some will tend to fall off. With wear, hand washes, and everyday tasks the glitter gems may pop off. Bigger charms tend to stay on longer and usually don't pop off.

Once order ships with USPS it is the carriers responsibility once its in their hands. If your package says delivered and hasn't arrived wait a day and then contact USPS. Your packages are insured with USPS. If you need proof of purchase or pictures for your claim please reach out to us and we will get you those asap for your claim.
